Ultra Pro One-Touch magnetic card holder 55pt

A One-Touch from Ultra Pro for one standard-size card up to 55pt, approx. one and a half millimetres. The holder consists of two halves that slide together on a hinge and are held closed by magnets, so the card can be taken out and put back without a screwdriver.

The plastic is PVC-free and acid-free, and Ultra Pro has mixed in additives that block ultraviolet light. That is the reason One-Touch holders are used for cards that are displayed on a shelf, where sunlight would otherwise fade the print over the years.

55 pt is the step between the regular 35 pt and the thick holders for memorabilia cards such as 100 pt. It works well for cards on thicker card stock, including some autograph cards and cards with an inlaid piece of fabric or shirt that do not reach 75pt. Measure the card if you are unsure – a card that is thinner than the holder will move, and with one that is thicker, the holder will not close.

It works well if you want to display a single card on a shelf or a desk. Put the holder in a card stand if it is to stand upright. The card is not included, and the One-Touch is made for displaying cards, not for sending them by post.
