These terms apply when you shop at Bangerpack. By placing an order you accept them. The terms are based on Swedish consumer law — mainly the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act and the Consumer Sales Act — and never limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Shipping is added and calculated at checkout before you pay, so you always see the total before you buy.
We describe each product as carefully as we can — format, edition, year and language are stated in the product text. Images are illustrations and may differ slightly from the item you receive, depending on things like screen and lighting. If a price or detail is obviously wrong because of a misprint, a technical error or incorrect information from a supplier, we have the right to correct it and to decline to complete an order placed at the incorrect price. We will contact you first in that case.
The agreement between us applies once we have confirmed your order by email. Until then we may decline or change an order — for example if an item sells out, if there are obvious price or stock errors, or if we suspect fraud.
Our range is sold for private use and collecting. For in-demand releases and limited editions we may set a cap on how many copies a single customer or household may buy, so that more people get a chance. We may therefore adjust, split or stop an order that exceeds such a cap, that is clearly made for resale, or that otherwise clearly deviates from normal consumer behaviour — even after the order has been placed and confirmed. The same applies to orders where we suspect automated purchasing or attempts to get around a purchase limit, for example through multiple accounts or addresses. If such an order has already been paid, we refund what you paid for the items we do not deliver without delay.
At checkout you pay by card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Klarna or Swish. The payment itself is handled by our payment partner — we never see or store your full card details. The options shown may vary with amount and device.
A discount code is entered at checkout and is valid for as long as the promotion runs. Unless otherwise stated, only one code can be used per order, codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to items that are already reduced. A discount code cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be added afterwards to an order already placed. If a code is misused, or used in a way it was not intended for, we have the right to block it and adjust the order accordingly.
We ship continuously, normally within 1–3 working days and always within 30 days at the latest. Shipping costs 59 kr with DHL ServicePoint to a pickup point. Smaller and thinner items may instead be sent as a letter with PostNord for 29–39 kr depending on weight. Which shipping method applies to your cart, and what the shipping comes to, is shown at checkout before you pay. For larger or more valuable shipments we may choose a safer shipping method than the one selected at checkout, at no extra cost to you. If an item is delayed or sold out we will contact you, and you can choose to wait or cancel with a full refund. If the parcel is damaged on arrival — contact us before you open the item.
If you do not collect your parcel from the pickup point within the holding period, it is returned to us. The same applies to orders that cannot be delivered and are returned for other reasons — for example a wrong address, missing or invalid ID at collection, or the recipient not being reachable. An uncollected parcel does not count as a withdrawal, since the right of withdrawal requires you to contact us yourself and tell us you have changed your mind. For an order returned in this way we charge 199 kr, which covers outbound shipping, return shipping and handling. If you still want the items, we resend the parcel for a new shipping fee. If you have changed your mind, it is always cheapest to accept the parcel and use the right of withdrawal or the open purchase — or to contact us before the holding period runs out.
Products marked "Pre-order" are releases that have not arrived yet. The price of an upcoming release is preliminary and may move both up and down until the product can be ordered — the price that applies when you place the order is always what you pay. Release dates come from the manufacturer and may be moved by them. A pre-order can only be ordered once the item is in stock with us; before then you can watch the product and get an email when it is released.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we give you a 30-day open purchase from the day you receive the item. If you change your mind within 30 days, we take the item back in unchanged and unused condition and refund what it cost. The open purchase does not apply to loose booster packs, nor to sealed collectible products where the seal has been broken — in the latter case the right of withdrawal applies instead, with a deduction for loss of value, as described below. With the open purchase you pay the return shipping.
You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you received the item, under the Distance Contracts Act. Loose booster packs are excluded, for the reasons further down. You use the right of withdrawal or your open purchase via our return form or by emailing [email protected] — state your order number and the email address you shopped with, within the time limit. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form, available at konsumentverket.se. We refund the amount, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the return or of you showing that it has been sent.
The value of boosters, displays and other sealed packaging lies in the unbroken seal. You may examine the item as much as you could have in a physical shop — but if you break the seal, the item has been handled more than that, and we will then deduct for the loss of value on a return. If the packaging is opened and the contents removed, the deduction may be the full value of the item. So always send sealed items back unopened. Loose booster packs are not taken back at all, see the next section.
These are sold without a right of withdrawal and without open purchase. A pack that has once left the shop cannot be taken back with certainty: packs that have been weighed or resealed exist on the market, and we cannot tell such a pack apart from an untouched one. What we promise instead is that every loose pack you buy from us is taken from a sealed original box and has never passed through anyone else's hands.
With the right of withdrawal and open purchase, you pay the return shipping. If you want us to arrange a return shipping label, contact [email protected] before you send the parcel. You may also send the item back yourself with any shipping method. If you choose one without tracking, you are responsible for the shipment — if the parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we can neither complete the return nor refund you. We therefore always recommend a trackable option.
If there is a fault with the item, you have the right to make a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as you notice the fault, preferably with a photo showing it. If we approve the complaint, we pay the return shipping and resolve it with a new delivery or a refund.
Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect damage — such as loss of profit — and we never promise which cards or what contents a sealed product turns out to have; chance is part of the product. This does not limit the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — supplier failure, transport disruption or other force majeure — a delivery may be delayed or not happen. We will contact you and refund what you paid for an item we cannot deliver.
We use the details you provide when you buy to handle your order, delivery, payment and any return. How we process them, how long they are kept and what rights you have is set out in our privacy policy.
We may change these terms, for example when routines or rules change. The latest version is always here on this page, and that is the one that applies. For an order you have already placed, the terms shown here when you made the purchase apply.
If we cannot find a solution together, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.
