Ultra Pro Recessed Snap – card holder with recessed slot

Recessed Snap is Ultra Pro's snap holder where the card sits in a recessed slot. The plastic around the slot forms a frame, so the card looks framed and stays still in the holder. It takes one standard size card, 63.5 × 88.9 mm.

The holder is made in two parts of clear plastic that snap together. Ultra Pro states that the material is PVC-free and acid-free, and the holders can be stacked for storage or transport.

The frame is the difference from the Mini Snap, which has a narrow edge and no recessed slot. If the card needs to be taken out often, a One-Touch 35pt with a magnetic closure works better, and if you want screwed protection, Ultra Pro's screw-down holders are available.

It works well for collectors who want to protect and display a card without paying the price of a magnetic card holder. The card is not included. The snap closure is made to be closed, not to be opened every day.
