Blue-Eyes White Destiny is a prebuilt 51-card deck that continues the Blue-Eyes White Dragon strategy. Its core is Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon, a Level 12 Synchro Monster with 3500 attack. Once per turn it can negate an effect your opponent activates on the field, and when it does, it takes on that effect and gains 1000 extra attack for the turn. It also protects your graveyard from your opponent banishing cards from it.

The new Synchro Monster comes with a new Tuner. Neo Kaiser Sea Horse is Level 4, can Special Summon itself from the hand and adjust a Tuner's Level by plus or minus one, including its own. It also gets Blue-Eyes monsters out of the deck by sending them to the graveyard. The spell Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons summons Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the deck, graveyard or banishment, and gives an extra Fusion Summon once it is in the graveyard.

Maiden of White is a Tuner that reacts every time it is targeted, even by your own effects, and then summons Blue-Eyes White Dragon or a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner from the graveyard. Unlike most similar effects, it does not banish itself afterwards, so it can be used again and again during the duel.

A Structure Deck is prebuilt with fixed contents. Every copy of the same deck contains the same cards, nothing is random. That makes it a ready starting point that can be played right away or built on. This is the English edition.
