Rarity Collection II has the set code RA02 and a pack breakdown that differs from Konami's regular core sets. Each pack contains 2 Secret Rare, 4 Ultra Rare and 3 Super Rare. Each Secret Rare has a one-in-four chance of instead being a Platinum Secret Rare or Quarter Century Secret Rare, and each Ultra Rare has a one-in-six chance of being a Collector's Rare or Ultimate Rare in a prismatic finish. Konami calls it a pack where everything is foil.
The concept is that every card in the set exists in every rarity. The three base levels are Super Rare, Ultra Rare and Secret Rare. On top of these are four special rarities: Quarter Century Secret Rare with a watermark, Platinum Secret Rare, and Collector's Rare and Ultimate Rare in a prismatic finish, the last of which has a 3D finish. All cards in the set differ from the first Rarity Collection.
The display is a box of 24 booster packs, which is 216 cards. Konami has deliberately put more cards in each pack than in the predecessor, which reduces the number of wrappers to open for the same number of cards.
The box is marked English Edition and 1st Edition, which means the cards carry the first edition stamp. The set code RA02 appears on every card after the set name. Konami reserves the right to change names, design and contents.
