One Piece Card Game is built around a leader card that sets the colour and the framework for the rest of the deck, and the ST series is Bandai's ready-made way in for anyone who wants to start playing without building something of their own first. ST-23 comes in English, which is the edition most people play and trade in Sweden. Which leader and theme the deck gets is not yet confirmed in the information we have, so we will update the page when Bandai tells us more. The image shows one of the decks in the display.
