The starter deck for Reign of Jafar gets you ready for Lorcana's villain chapter straight away: a pre-built 60-card deck, made to be played the same evening.

Reign of Jafar was released in June 2025 as the game's eighth set and settles the story that has been building for a whole year: Jafar wears the Hexwell Crown and Archazia's island has become his fortress. The set plays on a heist theme: assemble the team, get inside, take back what was stolen: and continues to develop the dual ink cards and illusions that have defined the era.

The starter format is Lorcana's most beginner-friendly product: a ready deck, a clear strategy and no building before the first game. It also works as a quick shortcut to a new play style for those already playing.

The right buy for new players and for Aladdin fans who want to see the villain win, at least for a while.
