Sleeved booster from Pokémon Mega Evolution—Phantasmal Flames (ME02), English edition released on 14 November 2025.

Phantasmal Flames is the second expansion in the Mega Evolution era and has Mega Charizard X ex as its headline card. The set holds six Mega Evolution Pokémon ex: Charizard X, Gengar, Diancie, Lopunny, Heracross and Sharpedo: plus 13 Illustration Rares, 17 Ultra Rares and five Special Illustration Rares on a checklist of 130 cards, 36 of which are secret rares.

A sleeved booster is the same pack that comes in the display, but delivered in an extra plastic sleeve with a hang tab. The sleeve is there for the shop shelf and protects the pack in transit; the card contents are identical to a regular pack from the set. Mega Evolution Pokémon ex have more HP and stronger attacks than regular Pokémon ex, but the opponent takes three prize cards instead of two when they are knocked out: the whole era is built around that trade-off.

For you who want a single pack in undamaged condition, or want to put one in a gift. The artwork on the sleeve varies and cannot be chosen. With 36 secret rares out of 130 cards, the set has an unusually deep top end on the rarity ladder. The contents of each pack are random and cannot be chosen.
